External Calendar

Create a profile that includes your company name and information. You can choose to show your appointments by name or to just block out the times that you are busy. Visitors to your External Calendar page will be able to see your calendar and request an appointment with you. You will recieve an email with the requested appointment information and you can choose to accept it or not.

Manage Contract Deadlines

All of your important contract closing dates can be tracked: Disclosure Deadlines, Inspection Deadlines, Closing Deadlines, Appraisal Dates, Loan Denial Dates, Substantial Completion Dates.These page layouts can also be edited further to meet your specific needs.

Client Access Portal

The External Url link can be given to customers in order to provide them with an up to the minute look at any buyer showings, marketing activity notes, or contract documents.

Buyer Process

A Standard Buyer Process is included that you can keep or configure to meet your needs.  You can easily add automated tasks such as ordering the title report, or sending a thank you card to the client in to the process.  Each of these items will automatically remind you at the right time. Customizable Scripts

The Buyer Details and Listing Details tabs are configured with important details regading the sale.  You can also create custom fields that incorporate your own specific scripts.

Track Listing Details

Keep track of important dates and details of each listing. Listing Date, Expiration Date, Showing Instructions, MLS # and others are included in the page layouts. Some MLS Systems support a direct link to the MLS website.  Ask our sales team for details about supported MLS Systems.

Seller Process

A seller process is included to help you track each listing thru the sale process.

Implementation Consultation
